Pints in the Park Vendor Application

Thanks for your interest in being a craft vendor at Pints in the Park!  2018 will be our second year, last year we had over 600 attendees.  Please read the following policies and procedures carefully and then fill out the form.  

  • Juried, handmade items only - no imports or commercial vendors please

  • Application deadline: May 1st, 2018

  • All vendors will receive their application status via email by May 15th

  • Please email a few pictures of your products and your stall to thepeoplespint@gmail.com after you submit the form

  • Vendor sites are 10' x 10' 

  • You must supply your own pop-up tent made of non-combustible materials

  • Tents must be weighted down in case of wind

  • Please arrive between 9 and 10 am at The Energy Park to set up.  There will be space to unload but there MAY NOT be parking available in the lot adjacent to the park 

  • Vendors must be open for the length of the event - noon to 6:00pm

  • Each vendor will receive free passes for themselves and an assistant

  • A vendor permit is required by the Town of Greenfield for all craft vendors. Please contact the Town of Greenfield Licensing coordinator Lori Krikorian at 413-772-1580 or Lorik@greenfield-ma.gov AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED
